Nikki Reed on The Bonnie Hunt Show

This interview was kinda sad. I hope Nikki has helped people understand that she is a real human – and that beauty is so subjective that you really can’t give a flying (you know what) about what some other human thinks of you. What one person find beautiful, another will find hideous… there’s nothing you can do about that.

The thing with this is that Twilight, itself, gets into that. Bella doesn’t see herself like everyone else does. She’s average, but the boys in school, and of course Edward, find her beautiful. So please, stop putting people down simply because in your opinion they aren’t ‘beautiful’ – beauty is subjective. Just let people live. No one owes it to you to live up to YOUR personal expectations of beauty.
